Delivery Methods and Options
We offer a range of delivery options to meet your needs, including Standard, Express and Saturday delivery. We can deliver on a specific future date of your choice or delay your delivery. Simply enter your preferred date in the “Order special instructions” box in your cart.

Delivery rates for orders to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man and Jersey are calculated at checkout.Â
Delivery TimeÂ
Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business daysÂ
Saturday Delivery: Delivered on the next available Saturday
Delivery time for orders to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man and Jersey are between 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
Deliveries do not take place on Sundays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next business day.Â
Please note the cut-off time for mainland UK next-day delivery is midday (12:00).
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, we will notify you of the delivery date via email or text.
If tracking is available, you will receive details once your order has been dispatched (tracking availability depends on the courier).
A delivery time slot will be sent via email or text on the evening before delivery.
Delivery Partners
We work with a range of trusted delivery partners including DPD, BJS Home Delivery, MGP Logistics, ArrowXL, WingKai Logistics, AIT Home Delivery and BID Transport. Depending on your postal code, order size and service availability, your delivery will be completed by one of these couriers.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Deliveries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs, duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the delivery cost.
