30-day returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item. To qualify, just make sure it's in the same condition and original packaging. 

To start a return, simply email us at orders@krafthome.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once approved, we’ll provide all the details you need to send it back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
