What is Krafthome?

Krafthome is an online store that specialises in home living products. We offer a range of high-quality products such as media wall inset fires, loveseats, cabin beds and summerhouses. Our products are designed to enhance your home living space with stylish and functional solutions.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer a range of delivery options to meet your needs, including Standard, Express and Saturday delivery. We can also deliver on a specific date of your choice. There is a flat rate delivery fee of £19.95 for Standard delivery, £29.95 for Express delivery and £34.95 for Saturday delivery. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery time for Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days and 1 to 2 business days for Express delivery.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. To qualify, just make sure it’s in the same condition and original packaging. 

How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply email us at orders@krafthome.co.uk with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. Once approved, we’ll provide all the details you need to send the item back.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with the necessary details so that we can assist you effectively.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for both parties.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
